Well, to each his own. Every organization strives to keep their employees happy, however at time it becomes like boiling the ocean as needs, requirements and expectations are completely different.
I have worked in Sutherland for 11 years and I would still rate it as a great company were you have great learning opportunity, overseas opportunity, leadership development programs, great leaders who are always approachable, right compensation and career growth.
Sutherland provided me an opportunity to travel to multiple countries, it enabled the leadership skills and entrepreneual skils in me. What I am today is from what I learnt in Sutherland, thought I quit Sutherland a week back, however the goodness and what I learnt from Sutherland can never be forgotten.
I would suggest the college passouts to start their career here so they will be moulded as a great leader one day
